Ingredients
- 1 cocktail cherry plus ¼ teaspoon juice
- 4 ounces (120mL) Champagne, cava, or prosecco
- A few dashes Angostura bitters
Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1
- To a chilled champagne flute, add a cocktail cherry and ¼ teaspoon cherry juice.
- Step 2
- Pour in half the sparkling wine, and add a dash or two of Angostura bitters.
- Step 3
- Add the remaining sparkling wine, and serve.
