Cherry Fizz

Ingredients
  

  • 1 maraschino cherry plus ¼ teaspoon juice
  • 4 ounces (120mL) champagne, cava, or prosecco 
  • Angostura bitters

Step by Step Instructions
 

  • Step 1
  • To a chilled champagne flute, add a maraschino cherry and ¼ teaspoon cherry juice.
  • Step 2
  • Pour in half the sparkling wine, and add a dash or two of Angostura bitters.
  • Step 3
  • Add the remaining sparkling wine, and serve.
