Ingredients
1 maraschino
cherry plus ¼ teaspoon juice
4 ounces
(120mL) champagne, cava, or prosecco
Angostura bitters
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
To a chilled champagne flute, add a maraschino cherry and ¼ teaspoon cherry juice.
Step 2
Pour in half the sparkling wine, and add a dash or two of Angostura bitters.
Step 3
Add the remaining sparkling wine, and serve.
