They’re quick to assemble, packed with protein, and satisfying enough to get you through the rest of the day. Plus, they’re versatile enough to prep ahead or throw together last minute. Chicken Caesar Wraps Recipe Tips and Variations

My favorite way to prepare these wraps is with Cajun-spiced chicken. But pretty much any chicken will do (rotisserie, poached, etc.), making this a great way to use up leftovers. You can switch up your greens—I like both sturdy lacinato kale and romaine lettuce. No matter what combination of ingredients you choose, this easy wrap is sure to become a perennial favorite.

And for a well-rounded lunch, you can pair your chicken Caesar wraps with something fresh and comforting on the side. Try this easy Celeriac Soup Recipe for a mellow, slightly nutty contrast that balances the wrap’s flavors. Whichever you choose for pairing when you try this chicken Caesar wraps recipe, you’ll sure enjoy a balanced and satisfying meal that tastes like it came straight from your favorite café.

Beverage Pairing

For this wrap, you will want to sip on a wine that won’t overpower the simplicity of the meal but will offer a great counter to the tangy and rich Caesar dressing. A fantastic option is Verdejo! This Spanish wine is acidic with grassy notes and, if aged, some nuttiness. The crunchy, bright wine is a clear match to a chicken Caesar wrap.

TIP:

  • To store your greens in the refrigerator, dry them well and chop them as soon as possible after purchasing. Place in a Ziplock bag with a few paper towels to absorb any moisture, and store up to one week.
